Tamara has always had an interest in the use of complementary therapies and over ten years ago she decided to take a more proactive approach and qualify in a range of therapies. She now specialises in Nutritional Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. She is a member of the relevant professional organisations for these therapies - BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and The CSTA (Craniosacral Therapy Association) and also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Over the past ten years Tamara has gained a wide and varied experience. Alongside her work at Renaissance she spent a number of years working as a Consultant for a Psychotherapy practice. During this time she provided a range of complementary therapies for clients seeking to overcome a variety of disorders including depression, obesity, severe stress, pain management and addictions. Tamara takes a friendly, compassionate and thorough approach to her work and aims to provide a realistic and individual treatment plan for each and every client. She has a young family of her own and incorporates the use of the therapies into her everyday life as she passionately believes in the enormous health benefits of good nutrition and the wider benefits which come from nourishing all aspects of our emotional and physical health. Tamara has a special interest in children’s health, women’s health, bone health, stress and low energy, and bowel disorders and is passionate about the promotion of wellbeing and vitality through disease prevention at every stage of life. |
