These 'Talking Therapies' range from the more conventional counselling type therapies to those of a more spiritual nature. Emotional Therapy is a form of counselling to help people who are suffering emotional turmoil within their life. Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are tools to create good, lasting change using traditional and up-to-date, state of the art psychotherapeutic techniques, whether it’s something with an habitual, behavioural or psychological element or life and career issues. We can also provide individual and couples counselling. Slightly less conventional is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as 'tapping'. This is getting more and more well known as a way to learn to cope with fear, anxiety, stress and phobias and to regain confidence. Approaching things from a spiritual point of view is Angel Guided Mentoring, a mentoring programme using both traditional and spiritual tools.
