These are some of our most popular treatments, especially for relaxation and relieving those muscular aches and pains. The reality of the modern world means that more and more we are suffering from the effects of too much stress and anxiety. A massage will help you relax and forget about your worries for an hour or two, muscular pain will lessen and you will have some space to think and clear your mind. After a massage you will feel more able to face the world with renewed energy. We offer a wonderful range of massage therapies from a relaxing Aromatherapy Massage to a stimulating Sports Massage (which can include physical injury rehabilitation). Aromatherapy massage combines the therapeutic qualities of essential oils with massage to enhance physical and emotional health. Holistic massage combines a mixture of light to deep massage strokes to relax, recharge and energise and Pregnancy Massage will soothe aches and pains, reduce selling in hands and feet and leave you feeling completely relaxed (suitable from 12 weeks). We have a wonderful Anti-Ageing and Holistic Facial which combines an effective massage routing for the face, neck and decolletage with the use of natural products and essential oils. (They are free of parabens, lanolin, mineral oil, synthetic perfume and animal products). If you want to experience a massage but don't want to undress, try an Indian Head Massage which is done in a chair. This will melt away tension in the face, head, neck and shoulders creating a feeling of balance and mental clarity. (If you don't mind undressing a little, oils can be used on your shoulders and neck). Finally, the "Rolls Royce" of massage - Hot Stone Massage. This massage combines the use of hot stones of varying sizes to points of the body, giving a deep massage and creating a sensation of warmth and comfort. (The stones are not 'just' laid on the back as portrayed in many pictures!) A Foot Stone Massage is also available which includes a mini "pedi-spa" and a chakra balance.
