What is a hypnotherapy session like?

At a start of a hypnotherapy session, before any hypnosis takes place I spend a while talking with the client, giving them plenty of time to tell me what's on their mind in a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere. Hypnosis involves the client allowing themselves to be in a relaxed, focussed state of concentration. It's like being in a guided daydream. Nothing happens that could "show you up", and there's no effort required. The client is in control of the situation the entire time and changes can only be made with the client's full consent.

How much will the hypnotherapy cost?

There are a number of different treatments that can be used depending on the needs of the individual. Everyone is different. Lots of people can be dealt with effectively in just one session, depending on the nature of the problem. Sessions generally last between 90 and 120 minutes.

The cost of a stop smoking session is £105. For this therapy, only one session is needed.

All other therapies cost £75 for one session. If after a few weeks you wish to have a top-up session, or some additional treatment, you can have a booster for £30. A lot of clients notice such a difference after one session they do not feel the need for a top-up. However, it can be comforting to know that extra support is there if you want it.
