“You make yourself comfortable in a chair and close your

eyes when you feel ready. You then simply listen quietly while the

Hypnotherapist talks to you – there will be no swinging watches,

you won't lose control or become unconscious and you cannot

be made to do anything against your will.”

Hannah, Hypnotherapist

Hypnotherapy - General

Therapists who provide this service: Hannah Leach

Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis can be used to create positive changes in your thinking, feelings or behaviour. It usually involves relaxation, in which the subconscious mind comes to the fore to help you achieve a state of focused awareness enabling you to deal more effectively with what is troubling you. During hypnosis, you may be asked to use your imagination and visualise various things and your therapist may use symbolism, story-telling or direct suggestion to bring about changes.

Hypnotherapy can help with: addictions, anger, anxiety, confidence and self-esteem, depression, exams and public speaking, habits, pain management, panic, phobias, stress, sleep difficulties, as well as some physical problems such as migraine, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or skin conditions.

Session Times + Fees:

60 mins - £60.00
