Our address:Renaissance Holistic Therapy Centre, We are on the first floor and access is by a set of easy stairs, unfortunately we do not have a lift. Parking in Albert Road is restricted to 1 hour which is fine for most appointments. If you don't want to risk it, there is unrestricted parking in St. Peter's Road and War Lane. Telephone: 0121 428 1449 (Registered with the Telephone Preference Service, do not use this number for sales calls) Extended Reception Hours: All your calls will be answered on Monday to Thursday from 8am - 7pm, Friday 8am—6.30 and Saturdays 9am—1pm. Our receptionist will take a message and it will passed onto the relevant therapist immediately. Out of hours an answer machine will pick up your calls and we will ring you back as soon as possible on the next working day. Opening hours are from 8.30am till 9.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays. (Not all therapists are available on a full time basis, but we will make every effort to accommodate you.)
