What actually is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation that makes communication with the unconscious part of your mind much easier. In this pleasant state we work with you, to help you make the change you want by changing your desires and habits.  It is totally safe and without any harmful side effects.

What is being in Hypnosis like?

Many people say it feels very physically relaxing and even enjoyable. You will hear everything the Hypnotherapist says and, if you want to, remember everything that happens during the session.

Will I be in control?

Yes, always. The Hypnotherapist will work with you and you will always remain in control.

Can everyone be Hypnotised?

Yes, virtually everyone, if they want to be. When you want to stop smoking it is easy to go into hypnosis working with a skilled Hypnotherapist.

How long does it take?

The treatment is in one session, because you are coming to stop during the appointment.

There is no point in prolonging the habit.

You will need to allow up to an hour and a half for the treatment.

Afterwards you will be able to continue with your day as normal and look forward positively.
